Jason Holdaway is the founder and managing director of JP Holdaway Ltd.
With over 30 years of experience throughout a wide range of construction disciplines, Jason has spent his career working as a tradesman , Surveyor and projects manager across multiple sectors . Having been directly employed within the building services and asbestos industries, this has enabled Jason to gain vast knowledge of building envelopes and their fabrics and understand the property defects when they occur.
Jason has the experience and knowledge to identify and rectify ANY defect you may have with your property .

Jason is highly experienced being from a multitrade background. He naturally progressed to site, then senior management, whilst accumulating a wealth of technical and managerial knowledge. This has equipped him with everything needed to begin his own successful business.
Louise joined Jason on his journey in 2020 taking on the overall administration and organisation of the business. Her ability to work as part of a team along with her positive manner go a long way towards building excellent client and supplier relationships.
Dixie is integral to our team and takes the responsibility of our overall HSQE very seriously. She is committed to supporting us in everything we do, making sure we are exactly where we should be, keeping our staff, clients and public safe.
Jason has extensive experience and a vast knowledge which ensures all projects are delivered on time, to budget and to the highest standard. Productivity is always at its utmost when Jason is in charge.
Caroline keeps the office in order with her excellent organisational skills and attention to detail. She is also a critical link in creating solid communications between our clients, sites and offices, enabling us to provide a quality service from start to finish.
Josh has a wide range of experience and is responsible for our plumbing department. His knowledge and reactivity make him a valuable team member. He is also a Gas Safe engineer which provides our clients with a higher level of reassurance when he is working on their projects.
Asher is in charge of making sure all the work that comes to him is prioritised and dealt with accordingly. He will handle anything from emergency call outs to PPM in a timely and professional manner - always keeping our clients updated before and during a job, as well as on completion
