Lockdown – A good time to implement a new system?

Firstly, should we introduce a new system into the business?

‘Yes! It will pull all our processes together.’

But that may mean a new way of working? Change!

Straight away, a relatively simple idea brought us a whole host of questions…

Do we have to change how we work? Do we want to? Do our team? Do our customers?

Is our business big enough to warrant it? Do we have the time?

TIME..

And that’s how we made our decision!

Like many people recently, we have had time! Something that our usually fast paced life doesn’t allow us.

We explored the system via the sales team and were excited by what the system offered and the obvious benefits.

So, our training began! At times it felt intense, overwhelming even, but every time we learnt something new about what the system can do – it inspired us to persevere.

After having input an abundance of information, listened to and learnt from our Implementation Consultant – we are now ready.

Do we think the system will better support our business? Yes! We fully believe it will!

With a fair way to go in understanding it completely, but with the ongoing support provided to us, we can foresee great things ahead.

So, we move towards the end of lockdown feeling glad that we made use of our Time.
